A merged, date-sorted feed of three signal types: recent NORC news and publications mentioning a known funder (21 tracked), real federal award data from USASpending.gov ($3.1B across 787 contracts and grants since 2007), and recent events at 7 known competitor organizations.

About this feed and the New badge

This is a first-pass snapshot, not a live alert system: nothing here auto-refreshes or pushes notifications yet. Competitor data was seeded once via web search; funder data is re-derived from NORC’s own ingested news and publications whenever those are refreshed. Award rows are ground truth from USASpending.gov, not a news mention.

The New badge (3 below) is deliberately narrow. It marks items from the last 14 days that are also higher-priority (competitor contract awards and program launches, plus all tracked funder mentions), not every recent item in this feed. Routine competitor publications and market signals never get the badge, even if recent.

A weekly digest, not a real-time alert: sent once a week if anything new landed in your chosen scope. Unsubscribe any time from a link in the email.
